1 Introduction and Purpose

This list identifies the subprocessors that Wooli, Inc. ("Wooli") engages to process Personal Information in User Content on a Customer's behalf, as described in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The Subscription Service supports the upload, storage, and management of diverse data (including documents, personal information, and information on others) and features (such as task assignment, file sharing, and team coordination). Wooli sells and bills all Subscriptions, which may include content or features provided by affiliated organizations, such as Wooli Safety, Inc.

Wooli's other service providers, which handle the information Wooli collects for its own purposes (such as Account, billing, analytics, and marketing data), are listed in the Privacy Policy. Read this list together with the Wooli Terms of Service (ToS), the DPA, and the Privacy Policy.

    • Service: cloud hosting and infrastructure for the Subscription Service.
    • Data: User Content (e.g., documents and personal information) and related technical data (e.g., IP addresses).

    • Service: AI provider for AI Features.
    • Data: the inputs and User Content that Users submit to AI Features.

    • Service: AI provider for AI Features.

  • X.AI LLC (xAI, provider of Grok)

    • Data: error reports and session replays, which contain technical data (e.g., IP addresses and browser details) and may include User Content shown on screen or captured with an error.

    • Service: email delivery of guest invitations and passcodes, signing requests, and completed documents and completion certificates.
    • Data: names and email addresses, the details of items shared with Guests, and the signed documents and certificates attached to those emails.

  • Google LLC (Google Workspace)
    • Service: email and document tools that Wooli Support uses to respond to Customers.
    • Data: User Content that Customers or Users send to Wooli Support, such as email attachments.
    • Location: United States.

OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI do not use User Content to train their models. Under their terms with Wooli, they may keep inputs for a limited period to monitor for abuse and to comply with law.

3 Compliance and Security

Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement that meets or exceeds the data protection obligations in the DPA and maintains industry-standard security measures, such as encryption and access controls. Wooli remains responsible for its subprocessors' compliance with those obligations.

4 Notification of Changes

Wooli updates this list when its subprocessors change and will notify Customers of new or replacement subprocessors by email to the address associated with your Account and through in-Service notifications. If you have reasonable data-protection concerns about a subprocessor, you may raise them with the Privacy Contact, and Wooli will work with you in good faith to address them.
