This platform was born out of our shared conviction: that people who serve others shouldn't have to face risk alone. The team combined their backgrounds in tech, leadership, safety, and ministry to build something that truly protects what matters.

Rich
With decades of executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience, Rich brings big-picture strategy, operational wisdom, and strong relational instincts to the team. A trusted mentor and seasoned businessman, he helps keep us grounded while moving the vision forward. Over the years, Rich has advised companies and nonprofit organizations around the world, offering insight that bridges business leadership and purpose-driven work.
Lara
Lara is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with deep expertise in risk management, OSHA standards, and organizational safety across sectors like hospitality and manufacturing. She leads the development of protocols, policies, and training content, serving as the platform’s subject matter expert. Lara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in Environmental and Occupational Health from Kent State University, and a Master’s in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Kyle
Kyle is a seasoned software engineer focused on building scalable, secure platforms. He leads software development with precision, ensuring the system is structured, automated, and ready to grow with your organization. Kyle also teaches as an adjunct professor and focuses on building a community of curious, capable, and collaborative developers.
Chris
With a background in nonprofit leadership, project management, and high-trust sales, Chris understands the challenges mission-driven organizations face. He leads outreach, communication, and partnerships, helping teams get the tools and clarity they need to operate with confidence. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Clemson University and a Master’s in Biblical Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary.
